Bring out the extra pasta from last night’s Cheesy Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli , add a few more easy ingredients and voila, dinner #2 is ready.
Makes 4 to 5 Servings
8 ounces dried penne pasta
4 to 5 cups medium-size broccoli florets
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
One 7 ¾-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, or half a 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 to ½ cup Italian salad dressing
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
