Disney’s “Frozen” has been incredibly popular, so it only makes sense that Disney Parks would bring the movie excitement to life for a limited time at the Disneyland Resort. Disney’s California Adventure Park is home to some serious Frozen Fun right now, allowing families to participate in activities and entertainment that showcases their love for the film.
A Frozen Sing-A-long Celebration
What many know as The Muppet Vision 3D show area is now home to the royalty of Arendale for their special celebration at California Adventure Park. The sing-a-long brings everything children love the most together on the big screen – Frozen songs with the movie clips. There are two storytellers straight from Arendale that take guests through a mini retell of the film and you even get to see some of your favorite characters, including Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff.
Freeze The Night! A Family Dance Party
California Adventure Park is one of our favorites because there is plenty to do to keep us entertained for a full day. If you purchase single park admission tickets, head over to California Adventure for a day of fun and end the night with a Frozen dance party. Dance to live music, enjoy food and snacks and see how Arendale throws a party!
This is a great spot to keep older children or tweens entertained and there are themed snacks to enjoy as well.
Anna and Elsa’s Royal Welcome
Anna and Elsa know that their young fans love them so they take time to meet with you personally at their Royal Welcome. This is located in Hollywood Land near all of the other Frozen Fun! Anna and Elsa tell stories from home and interact with children in a way that just builds their love of the movie.
A TMOM travel tip for Frozen Fun is to prep your little one with two or three things they would share with Anna and Elsa when meeting with them. Rest assured, if this is your first visit to Disneyland Resort, TravelingMom has you covered with travel tips.
Olaf’s Snow Fest
While there is a lot of Frozen Fun at Disneyland Resort, Olaf’s Snow Fest is my favorite! Disney brings a winter wonderland to life and even has REAL snow to play in and slide down. I love all of the Olaf snacks here and am pretty sure your children will as well which makes Olaf’s Snow Fest the perfect place to grab a snack.
Before you enter Olaf’s Snow Fest, be sure to ask the most popular question, “Do you want to build a snowman?”
Because this time when your child answers yes, they can actually do it!
