Romantic Travel Twitter PartyOn March 2, we gathered together for our weekly twitter party to talk All Inclusive Travel with Hyatt, which owns two all-inclusive properties, Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara. We covered ideal amenities, must have dining experiences, and the many reasons why all inclusive travel makes life easier. Read on for a recap of the night’s conversation.

Have you ever taken an all inclusive vacation? With or without your kids?

@CindyRichards YES! I love all inclusives. So EZ. No wallet needed & great for kids who are picky eaters. Lots of food choices.

@supermomster11 I have never been on an all inclusive vacay but I’ve always wanted to go on one! 🙂

@TripsWithTykes Only all inclusive vacation I’ve taken was a specialty cruise. But I’d definitely consider it on land too!

@letsgolakers086  I have taken an all inclusive vacation as a family! So much fun!

@onepawdaz Yes, I went to an all inclusive on Antigua and it was WELL worth it

@kymri Oddly enough, never! We’ve stayed at some properties that were all inclusive, but only for part of our trip.

When you book an all inclusive resort vacation, what activities/amenities are you most excited about?

@thisgrltravels  Like the idea everything paid & done, no pulling wallet out of handbag everywhere we go! A relaxing massage – nice!

@brawlinbaby Vacations should be convenient and easy, so they are really vacations, not stress inducers.

@RoxyMandy All inclusive is easiest way to go w kids. No worries about food or drinks – all is included!

@momconfessional  I’ve gone to an all inclusive before and it’s sooo hard to go back… imagine all the decisions!?

@kymnasium  I like the sound of paying one price for the whole shebang!

@kidsunplugged It’s so nice not to have to take your wallet out when you’re on vacation!

@TripsWithTykes  Included kids club is No.1 amenity for me. And free booze. Priorities people! 😉

@rwethereyetmom  Fave All Inclusive Amenities? The margaritas. And guacamole. And margaritas.

What has been your favorite all inclusive experience? Where would you love to travel to?

@rwethereyetmom  Honestly, I’d love to travel anywhere that has a quiet beach right now. Warm & sunny!

@angiedepue  I want to go to Mexico, Los Cabos!

@lorikeet8  I would love to go to the Hyatt Ziva It would be the best vacation ever!

@shariholten  I loved hanging out by the pool with the family. 1st time swimming with the dolphins too.

@desertchica I am up for trying an all inclusive just about anywhere, as long as it’s warm!

@VegasBiLL  I am wishing for travel to Hawaii.

Are you more likely to book an all inclusive or an a la carte trip?

@RaisingDickandJane It totally depends. If I want to relax without a care, I go all inclusive.

@CorreyHope its the best to know what u get before and than its NO STRESS!!! just pull up that lounge chair

@BodineSteph All inclusive now after all I have learned that is included!

@MomsHaloedHorns I Want An All Inclusive!! No Surprises Please!!

@Clarissa_Xplain I like leaving my purse and my worries behind.

What amenity do you feel every kid friendly all inclusive resort should have?

@kimorlando Why not include a volunteer option? Plant a tree, cut back invasive plants, drop off supplies at a school.

@theislegardener Babysitting service would be a nice amenity!

@RoxyMandy Diapers, wipes & bottles for purchase at the resort in case you forget to pack!

@tttaylor2u2 A place for kids to be kids (eg., arcade, swimming pools, etc) !!

@teronya My kids LOVE all you can eat ice cream, water slides, arcades for the late hours, & chance to meet other kids.

What types of food, restaurant or dining choices do you look for when booking all inclusive package?

@angiedepue I look for authentic cuisine! Eat what the locals eat!

@TheHippieHut I want it all! But mainly really good seafood. Like crab stuffed prawns Mmmm.

@RAS070 I want it all! But mainly really good seafood. Like crab stuffed prawns Mmmm

@OneSweetFamily Variety is the spice in life 🙂
