How many times have you eaten so fast that you end up over full and feeling guilty?  Eat slowly!  It takes time for your stomach to let your brain know that you are full. 

So many people [Read MOMS]  eat on the run but if you slow down, your body will tell you when you have had enough.

  • Enjoy each bite and savor the taste. 
  • Drink water in between bites.  

Love chocolate?  Let that small piece of chocolate melt in your mouth for more than one second.  It sounds so simple but this method of eating has been proven to help you eat less and feel more satisfied.
