Even better, someone made a really great 3 minute video that will give you some great ideas on how to train for the upcoming ski season.

What I would recommend to everyone, even if you only ski a few days each year: take lessons!  Even great skiers take lessons — you can always get better.  And when you ski better, you have more fun.  And won’t get left behind.
