Disney Cruise shipWhether you’re ready to embark on your adventure or just curious about what it would be like to cruise with all your favorite Disney characters, Disney Cruise Line’s Free Cruise-Planning DVD is the place to start.

Chock full of fun and informative videos, you’ll get an overview of all of Disney’s magical destinations, dining options, staterooms, entertainment for the whole family and a look at what every deck of each ship in the Disney fleet has to offer – including a glimpse of the new Fantasy which makes its’ maiden voyage this month!

Give yourself a good two hours to explore the entire DVD and you’re sure to discover why Disney Cruise Lines was recognized as the #1 Cruise Line for Families in the large ship category by Travel + Leisure magazine.

DisneyDVD2I especially appreciated being able to explore each ship, deck by deck and see 360º views of the different staterooms, restaurants and the variety of clubs designed just for kids and those for adults too. I also liked learning about all the details Disney has thought of like providing special on-board “Wave phones” so parents are never more than a phone call away no matter where they are on the ship.

You’ll get a good look at Disney’s own private island, Castaway Cay, which decided it for me as far as destinations. Castaway Cay is just one port of call for most Bahamian and Caribbean Cruises, ranging from 3, 4, 5 and 7 nights. Other destinations include Canada/New England Coast, New York, the Mexican Riviera, Alaska, the Pacific Coast and Hawaii.
