If having Biggest Loser’s personal trainer, Jillian Michaels with you when you travel doesn’t keep you on a fitness track, nothing will!  I tried out her Wii Fitness Ultimatum 2010 at an event last week and learned a few new moves.

I’m not a fan of weight lifting even though I know that my mid-40 year old body says I have to do it.  I tried Jillian’s move where you lift a weight overhead, then slam it down in front of you (not dropping it) and then wield it around your head in a circle.  Tiring after 20.  The fun part is that the Wii tells you when you are not doing it correctly.  Then Jillian tells you – loud and clear!  It’s a great portable way to stay in shape on the road and is available for a DS.
