A recent U.S. News & World Report story <> says we are.The story has some surprising info: national park attendance is actually DOWN. Being in nature has physical health benefits, and prevents diseases. There’s also a benefit they didn’t mention in the story: nature is often FREE. I just wonder how kids will react when I say, “No, let’s not go to Six Flaggs Great America. Let’s go canoeing!”To be continued.
