DisneyBudgetResort2Got a lot of kids? They all want to go to Disney? Want to stay on property without taking out a second mortgage? The new Art of Animation Resort opening May 31, 2012 is the magical answer to all your dreams. It’s also the first resort that DisneyWorld has opened in a decade. They’ve been busy with world domination.

The Finding Nemo building is opening first. Each of the cheerfully themed family suites sleep six, features a mini-kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. To create three sleeping areas, the couch becomes a bed and so does the table. No, the kids don’t sleep on it, they will LOVE the Murphy Bed that does double duty as a breakfast table.

DisneyBudgetResort4The entrance to the smashing new Art of Animation Resort lives up to its name. The halls are filled with conceptual drawings from everyone’s favorite Pixar and Disney movies. The sketches are all original and many have never been publicly displayed before. If you can move your children past the super sized arcade just beyond the check in desk, they’ll discover a Nemo wonderland.

The jaw dropping pool features Nemo and his dad’s anemone, all of Nemo’s friends from the ocean and even the sponge beds for little tikes to play. The best part? When the kids swim underwater they’ll hear Dori and Nemo talking.

Rates for the family suites will start at just $248 per night. Now that’s a Disney dream come true.
