The dreaded day has come: the 2018 Disney World ticket price increase. Fortunately, you can still get discount Disney World tickets: but you have to act fast! Travel Hack Traveling Mom Dia Adams has the scoop.
How to Beat Disney World Ticket Price Increase
Disney World announced its annual ticket prices for 2018, and as usual they have gone up. Prices have increased across the board on both single and multi-day tickets. This comes as no surprise to most Disney fans. Add Toy Story Land coming this summer to Hollywood Studios to record attendance levels and the sum is bound to be a price increase.
Fortunately, we here at TravelingMom know a hack to get discount Disney World tickets: Undercover Tourist. For a very limited time, Undercover Tourist has tickets at 2017 prices. At this moment prices on four and five day tickets on Undercover Tourist are a whopping $68 below Disney World gate prices. For a family of four that’s a whopping $272 left over for Dole whips and Mickey waffles.
Don’t Wait to Buy Disney World Tickets
Tickets from Undercover Tourist act exactly the same as tickets purchased through Disney. You’ll still get to use MagicBands and all of their conveniences. You’ll still be able to book FastPass+ in advance of your trip. The only difference is the savings.
Undercover Tourist will sell tickets at 2017 prices only as long as the company has 2017 tickets in stock. Once the discount Disney World tickets are gone, they are gone! Many Traveling Moms (myself included) are buying now to get the best prices of 2018.
TravelingMom Tip: When you compare Disney World ticket prices between Undercover Tourist and Disney, be sure to compare the after-tax pricing. Undercover Tourist defaults to show you the total price while Disney’s site does not. Disney World ticket prices go down per day so it’s in your best interest to stay as long as possible.
