Neck PillowBed Buddy’s neck pillow helps ease muscle tension in the neck and shoulders. Use it after a long day of travel to relax. I brought along the neck pillow on my recent trip to Disney World. The pillow is lightweight and comfortable. Although not a support pillow, it relaxed my tight muscles from Fibromyalgia. Since I use a scooter I am often hunched over and my neck and shoulders ache. Moist heat is one of the best ways to reduce the pain.

I placed the ThermaTherapy neck pillow in the microwave at my hotel for about 90 seconds according to the directions, for moist heat. Then I relaxed  after a long day at the parks and enjoyed the calming lavender and chamomile fragrance. The moist heat lasts about one hour.

The aromatherapy aspect is also a stress buster. The soft cushioning of the pillow was very comfortable and allowed me to fall asleep easily. I learned that I can remove and wash the cover which adds a longer use time.

My only wish is that it was also a support pillow to be used during flights and road trips. If I’m going to take along something when I travel it needs to do double duty; however it is lightweight and small enough to pack away even in a carryon bag.

Available at drugstores, Walmart, Sears and online at Amazon.com and other select store, the Bed Buddy pillow retails for an SRP of $19.99. Give the Bed Buddy Plush Therma Therapy Neck Pillowalt as a gift or buy as a treat for yourself.
