Sea World, Busch Gardens, and Sesame Place have been honoring troops for years now with free admission through their Anheuser-Busch Salute to Heros program. However, this year they’ve made large changes to the program and have renamed it Sea World Waves of Honor.
Water Parks Now Included
Waves of Honor provides one complimentary admission per year to one of the SeaWorld® or Busch Gardens® Parks, Sesame Place®, Adventure Island®, Water Country USA® or Aquatica® San Diego (weekdays only) for the active duty service member and as many as three of his or her direct dependents. You may only go to one park for free, but can go to others using the 50% off discount.
Waves of Honor includes 50% off admission for veterans, retired and honorably separated officers and enlisted personnel of the U.S. military. All of which were previously excluded from any discount. Qualifying service members and up to five guests can get 50% off a single day admission, but only with proof that you qualify.
To receive your military discount register online at www.wavesofhonor.com or in the entrance plaza of a participating park, and show a valid active military identification. All dependents 10 and older must present a valid military dependent identification for entry into the park. Dependents may take advantage of the offer without their service member, though an adult must accompany minor dependents.
