We slip away to the spa for many reasons – to relax, to escape, to beautify, to workout, to get pampered, and even to eat. The masterminds behind the newly opened ROC House Fitness Spa in Atlanta combined all of those things and more into a one-stop headquarters for women looking to live a holistic healthy lifestyle.
The 14,000 square foot facility, located in the heart of Buckhead, held it’s grand opening in September 2013. The Fitness Spa, founded by former NBA point guard Larry Hughes, was designed specifically for women including executives, fitness fanatics and, of course, moms.

All Natural Cafe
Juice & Smoothie Bar
Retail Shop w/custom gear
I had the opportunity to attend one of their private Grand Opening Events where I was able to tour the Spa and have dinner at the All Natural Cafe. The space is simplistically beautiful and exudes luxury – and the food was outstanding. Everything I tasted was fresh, flavorful and most importantly good for me. The spinach was amazing; and my dessert was my favorite – the “I Am Restored” Quadruple Berry Smoothie made with strawberries, raspberries blackberries, blueberries, cherries and coconut water.
Membership & Day Passes
The posh center caters to an upscale clientele and is openly enrolling new members. Once their membership quota is filled they will limit new members by referrals only. If you’re traveling through Atlanta, or live in the area, and would like to experience the fabulousness firsthand (which I definitely recommend) you can print out a one-day guest pass on their website valid for first time users only. They also have a day pass available for $25. Non-members are also welcome to use the Spa, Hair Salon and Nail Studio; and enjoy the eats at the cafe.
