Seattle area pumpkin patchesHaven’t made it to the pumpkin patch yet?  From toddlers to teens, the pumpkin patch has something fun for all ages.  There are many pumpkin patches to explore in the Seattle area, here are two of my family’s favorites:

Snohomish

We’ve had so many wonderful memories here over the years!  There’s a petting zoo (a highlight for my kids), corn maze, hay ride – lots of fun stuff.  The corn maze is huge and in the shape of Washington State, designed with the highways and cities of our state and trivia along the way about various locations.

Puyallup

This is our south-end fav.  The pumpkins are out of the patch and along paths near the corn maze, which makes pumpkin picking more accessible with a wheelchair or stroller, no muddy or uneven fields to traverse.  There’s a corn maze with eight trivia questions hidden along the way and a prize if you get them all.  You’ll definitely get your exercise, as you’ll need to go down just about every path to find all of the questions for that prize.  I’m pretty competitive, so you know I made sure to find all of the hidden questions and get my prize!

Memories.  My girls are now 14 and 12, we go to “the patch”  every year.  Time flies by, the memories are priceless.  Have fun!
