What says Girlfriends Getaway better than a day at the spa? Recently, three of my girls and I spent the weekend at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta booked under their Reminisce package. Our weekend was simply wonderful (you can read my first post about our staycation, Reminisce Girlfriends Getaway, here) and a big part of that were our treatments at the Natural Body spa in the hotel.
Natural Body offers a variety of services including massages, facials, spa body therapies, and hands & feet. They also feature a pleathera of waxing options; lash & brow tint; and some special combination signature packages. Here’s what the girls and I enjoyed:
Natural Body Seaweed Wrap
“I loved my Seaweed Wrap treatment at Natural Body! It’s a different experience than a traditional massage, but it’s still very relaxing and my skin felt incredible after wards! You are literally ‘wrapped up’ for a period of time so if you are claustrophobic or don’t like that sensation it might not be for you. I found it very calming as well invigorating and I can’t wait to do it again!” – Nicole
Natural Body Corrective Facial
“I loved the deep facial cleansing Ireceived from the all natural ingredients used during my facial. My skin loved it and was glowing all weekend long!” – Renee
Heated Stone Therapy Massage
It was 60 minutes of pure bliss. The stones held the heat and penetrated deeper into my muscles than a regular massage. This was much needed with all the running I do and had Marathon TravelingMom written all over it. I didn’t know what to expect and found the stones smooth and ultra soothing. It was by far the most relaxing massage I’ve had. Christie had the same treatment and was smiling for the rest of the day, too.
“I LOVED my Heated Stone Therapy massage, too! It was so relaxing…the warmth just soothed my stress away! Can’t wait to do it again!” – Christie
Until next time, I’m off and running …
