Seattle Kerry Park ViewsA must-do when visiting Seattle is taking photos of the city from Kerry Park, where the view makes even novice photographers look like pros with the best view of the city.

Don’t let the word “Park” fool you, this postage stamped-sized stretch of sidewalk and grass is more of a vantage point, but provides more view-per-square-inch than any other location in the city – aside from the Space Needle, of course.  Situated on Queen Anne Hill, just north of the Seattle Center, the view from Kerry Park stretches from the iconic Space Needle and Seattle Center to the city and beyond, including Mt. Rainier on a clear day, and ferries crossing Elliott Bay. Kerry Park provides a fabulous view of Seattle any time of day – but photographers line up for sunset, where the beautiful colors of nature become even more vivid and serve as a backdrop to the glowing lights of the city.
