orchardThe autumn season is approaching and here in New England, that signifies fruit (apple, pears etc) picking time at the orchard so I took my son this week.

Going to the Orchards is not just about picking the fruit but also about strolling and enjoying the sounds, smells and being outdoors this time of year. In addition, many farms/orchards also offer markets, farm animals to feed and picnic areas.

Naturally before we left, we needed to share some fresh apple cider to accompany our Macintosh and Cortland Apples.
