Want to experience the best Disney Vacation Club accommodations offer? Then, take a look at the new Disney Copper Creek Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge!
Disney Copper Creek Cabins
The Copper Creek Cabins offer a stand-alone cabin at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Dotting the shoreline of Bay Lake, the cabins provide a remote feel with views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks and the nightly Electrical Water Pageant.
These two bedroom, two bath cabins can accommodate up to 8 guests. They feature a full size refrigerator and kitchen, as well as a two-sided fire place.
The cabins also include a private hot tub jacuzzi on your personal, screened-in porch.
The entire Boulder Ridge area where you can find the cabins follows a Pacific Northwest railroad theme and Disney nails it. In the cabins, you’ll find wood from the Pacific Northwest, pictures from the heyday of Northwest logging, and even scrambled pictures of Walt’s personal railroad logos.
Copper Creek Cabins Railroad
The railroad theme really appeals to me, as most of my maternal family worked for the railroad. I grew up with my grandfather telling me stories of the railroad, showing me around his Burlington Northern train, and sharing photos of train wrecks. To a kid, he was the coolest grandpa, ever. So, when I came into the Disney Copper Creek Cabins and see a copy of All Aboard, I knew I was home.

The railroad theme continues throughout the Boulder Ridge area of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
During our stay in Disney’s Copper Creek Cabins, we enjoyed a quick boat ride to Magic Kingdom for the Happily Ever After fireworks dessert party.
We also hopped over to Epcot for the 2018 Epcot Flower & Garden Festival.
But mostly, we just enjoyed relaxing by the fire or on the porch of our Disney Copper Creek Cabin.
Disney currently offers 26 Copper Creek Cabins for your vacation. More “may” be coming with Disney’s upcoming demolition of the old River Country water park. Currently, the cabins start at $1,948.00 per night.
