Between the mountains, world class golf, desert hiking trails and destination dining, Scottsdale Arizona is a popular destination for vacationers. For visitors to the Copper State who might want to take a day to relax, a spa day is ideal for unwinding. We’ve compiled a list of the best spas in Scottsdale for visitors to do everything from lounging poolside to getting a traditional Thai massage.

Four Seasons Resort

The Spa at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North offers a list of services, including an Aroma Design Bar where guests can design their own aromatherapy products. It’s a great souvenir if you’ve booked a spa day as one of the activities on a Scottsdale girls’ trip!

Spa services include the Golfer’s Massage, which uses warmed golf balls to stretch out the muscles. Body therapies include the Prickly Pear Renewal and facials include the Gold Repair Facial.

The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale also offers Reiki treatments, a holistic therapy which uses energy work to heal the body, mind and spirit.

Running Water Spa

Inspired by the Sonoran Desert, the Running Water Spa at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort offers guests a variety services based on the surrounding desert.

Spa treatments include the signature Desert Sage Massage, Superstition Stone Massage and Brightening Botanical Facial.

The spa at the Camelback inn also offers a Turquoise Sage Body Scrub, which uses a salt scrub infused with lavender and sage to scrub away dead skin to reveal a refreshed and rejuvenated you. The service also includes a scalp massage and a moisturizing body cream application.

The Phoenician Spa

With a rooftop pool, fitness center, relaxation room and nail lounge, the spa at the Phoenician offers a spa ritual for guests to get the best relaxing experience. The ritual includes use of the sauna, steam room, cold shower and hot tub to get guests ready for their treatments.

Treatments include the Himalayan Salt Stone Ritual massage, Phoenix Rising Scrub & Massage and the Phoenician’s Finest Facial.

The luxury spa also offers manicure and pedicure services, along with personal training sessions and a full fitness studio.

Joya Spa

Located within the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa, the Joya Spa boasts 31,000 square feet of space for guests to sit back and relax for a day of pampering.

Treatments at the resort spa include the Moroccan inspired Joya Signature Massage, Black Pearl Detox Facial and White Jasmine and Shea Sugar Scrub.

The spa also offers rituals, including the Signature Morracan Orange Blossom, Restorative Sleep and the Hammam Experience. Rituals mix massage and body treatments for the perfect full body rejuvenation.

Spa Avania at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa offers guests 19 treatment rooms, a mineral pool and a full-service salon.

The Spa at Talking Stick

Inspired by the traditions of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, the Spa at the Talking Stick Resort offers a list of body therapies, massages and facials to help guests relax and recover during their southwestern vacation.

Between golf courses, tennis courts and the 33,000 square foot spa, guests at the Boulders Resort & Spa will have no problem finding something to do.

Services at the spa include the Desert Zen Swedish massage, Jade Stone skincare and Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, a traditional Hawaiian healing massage.

Sanctuary Spa

The Sanctuary Spa at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain offers unique amenities and services for a complete holistic experience.
