Where would you go with a free $100 gas gift card? National Car Rental has rolled out a new promotion where their “1,2 Free” promotion in which Emerald Club members earn a free rental certificate for every two qualifying rentals between now and January 31, 2012.

You must register for this promotion prior to booking any reservations – previously booked reservations will not count unless they are canceled and re-booked. A qualifying rental consists of a paid rental of a mid-sized or larger vehicle at participating National Car Rental locations in the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, for a period of two or more consecutive days. If you're not currently a National Car Rental Emerald Club member, you will need to first join the free program, after which you will be automatically entered into the promotion. Promotion is limited to U.S. residents only.
