LEGOLAND Discovery Center Kansas City
LEGOLAND officially opened April 29, 2012 in Kansas City, Missouri adding another popular kid friendly attraction to the beautiful town of Kansas City.
What is LEGOLAND all about?
If you have not visited a LEGOLAND Discovery Center before, then here is a sneak preview of what they have to offer.
LEGOLAND Kansas City is the fourth LEGOLAND Discovery Center in the United States, and 30,000-square-feet of LEGO fun.
On site, the MINILAND exhibit which recreates landmark buildings in Kansas City out of LEGO bricks, interactive play areas, a 4D cinema, master classes from the LEGO Master Model Builder, LEGO-themed rides, and more. LEGOLAND is designed for ages 3-10, but I am sure I will have a blast their also, and a typical visit will take your gang about 2-3 hours.

Complete your visit to LEGOLAND and Kansas City at some of these great attractions. The Kansas City Zoo has more than 1000 animals waiting to greet you, or maybe take underwater at SEA LIFE Kansas City. We all know milk does a body good, but where does that milk come from? Let us find out at Shatto Milk Company, and maybe treat your sweet self at Chip’s Chocolate Factory.
Is finding the perfect lodging a problem, no worries Kansas City has great kid-friendly lodging. Kansas City Jellystone Resort has lodging to cover the experienced campers to the campers like me who love the cabin life. Missouri’s largest indoor water resort, CoCo Keys Water Resort doubles as a water adventure and a family friendly hotel.
