I have a confession: My hard drive is chock-full of digital photos from the last 3 years, and my photo albums are empty! I've got hundreds of darling pictures from birthdays, holidays, and (my favorite) family vacations just waiting to be printed off so we can look back and cherish those memories. The problem is that I'd rather be planning our next getaway than fussing with all the trouble of scrapbooking our last.

Thankfully, I've finally found a way to get rid of my mommy-guilt and fill our home with wonderful keepsakes: Memory Mixer. It's a user-friendly software that has made my photo-preserving fast, easy and fun! The possibilities for creativity are endless - backgrounds, layouts, embellishments, texts, etc. are all completely customizable so each page has my own unique touch. However, if I've only got 5 minutes I can use the QuickMix feature which automatically inserts the photos I select into professionally designed pre-made pages. In FIVE clicks, the album is done.

I recently attended a 1-hour intro. to Memory Mixer, taught by the two super-smart ladies who created it. I was given a Memory Mixer program of my own to play with and I've been hooked ever since! Each page took me an average of 3 minutes to create - journaling, cropping, framing and all! I can't wait to take Memory Mixer on our next big vacation and have a photobook of our adventures printing before we even unpack our bags.

My favorite travel photo is of my kid's playing in the ocean and absolutely freezing! It was the first time they saw the ocean and were so excited to play in it, even though it was cold and windy that day!

My favorite vacation picture is of my oldest son when he was just over a year. We are at the beach and he is facing the water, so it is a picture of this little boy looking out over the huge ocean, so cute.

I think my favorite travel photo must be of me and my buddy in the mountains by Glacier National Park. One of those memories I'm really glad to have. ;-)
