This past weekend I had the opportunity to get away and enjoy some much needed girl time at Park City Mountain Resort
for the Snowmama Summit
. I was immediately impressed with the large variety of things to do and am excited to bring my family back this coming weekend. Here are my suggestions for getting the most out of a family vacation to Park City Mountain Resort.
Where to fly:
Salt Lake City International Airport is a short 25 minute shuttle ride to the resort area.Where to stay
: Silver Star at Park City
. For luxury family condos I can't imagine anywhere better! With floor plans ranging from 2-4 bedrooms everyone will be comfy. The condos all are appointed with granite and stainless steel appliances and most have a private hot tub on the deck. I could stay in the condo the whole trip!Where to eat
: Legends Bar and Grill is right by the lifts. The seared ahi nachos are to die for! Great place for a long lunch between runs. Where to play
: There is a lot more to do at Park City Mountain Resort than just ski and snowboard. Head to Gorgoza Park
and take advantage of the incredibly fast lighted lift-served tubing hills. Fly down the bobsled track at Olympic Park
or pretend you are at an amusement park on the alpine coaster
! A wonderfully relationship exists between Park CIty Mountain Resort and the National Ability Center
making most activies at the resort accessible to most people, regardless of their abilities.Where to drink
: Highwest Distillary & Saloon
is the world’s only ski-in gastro distillery. French onion soup and steak are my choice here. Make sure to grab a drink mixed with the signature Vodka 7000. Where to relax
: The Spa at Park City Hotel
offers a full range of services. I recommend the relaxation massage and extra time to enjoy the hot tub and steam room which is included!
Regardless of how you choose to enjoy Park City Mountain resort I am sure that you will agree that it is a winter vacation destination not to be missed!
Disclaimer: I am part of the Snowmama team at Park City Mountain Resort and am compensated in a variety of ways.
