More than half the fun of your voyage on a Disney ship is actually the journey itself.  In fact, sometimes my kids are begging for “one more sea day” during the course of a Disney cruise.  It’s amazing that they can tailor each family member’s experience depending on his/her age, and then bring everyone together for amazing family times, too.

For sea days, we like to peruse our daily Personal Navigator and mark it up for each person.  Mom may want a spa treatment and some time by the Quiet Cove Pool.  Dad may want to work out in the fitness center and see a 3D movie at the Buena Vista Theater.  The little ones have their eyes on making “flubber” in the Oceaneer’s Lab or meeting up with their favorite character at the Oceaneer’s Club.  The teens and tweens can’t wait to hang out with kids their own age and try their hand at the latest video games.  Whatever your idea of good time is…Disney most likely has it listed in the Personal Navigator.  So, make it your priority to get your sea legs on as soon in the voyage as possible by touring the ship and by reading all you can about what’s happening in your Personal Navigator each evening when it’s delivered to your stateroom.
