Romantic Valentine's Getaway Package at the Warwick Denver

Standby TravelingMom
Let the romance of the Rockies set the stage for you and your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day weekend when you stay at Warwick Denver Hotel.
V-Day poolWhether you’re traveling to Denver for sun and ski, or just planning a staycation with your significant other, Warwick Denver wants to give you a Valentine’s Day you’ll never want to forget.

Originally built in the 1960’s as luxury apartments, the Warwick Denver boasts some of downtown Denver’s most spacious rooms and suites and was once the home of Denver’s Playboy Club. The heated rooftop pool where the Playboys (and Bunnies) once played remains Denver’s only rooftop pool. Also unique to the Warwick Denver are the room’s private balconies with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and dramatic views of the Denver skyline and Rocky Mountains.

Besides it’s warm, inviting ambience and charming, yet still elegant décor, friendly service and thoughtful amenities, what else makes the Warwick Denver special? Location, location, location. Walk to the 16th Street Mall for some of Denver’s best shopping and entertainment, or to any number of attractions, landmarks, museums and sports venues located just a few minutes away.

We visited the Warwick Denver for our own romantic getaway and to see what’s in store for couples ready to book one of two sweet packages being offered during the month of love:

From February 10 -13, Warwick Denver is offering the Toast to Love Package, which will turn an ordinary getaway into a weekend to remember. But love isn’t just reserved for Valentine’s Day weekend. The Cupid Package lets you point your arrow and choose any date in February to relish in the romance of Warwick Denver.

Warwick Denver suiteAfter valet parking our car, the front desk agent familiarized us with all that the hotel has to offer and took our dinner reservation for our three-course meal at Randolph’s Restaurant & Bar, one of Uptown Denver’s most popular restaurants.

We then headed up to our room where we found a bottle of champagne on ice, two commemorative champagne flutes and eight jumbo chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us in our impressive one bedroom suite (available as an upgrade or stay in the newly redesigned Classic rooms included in the package) – the perfect way to set the tone for a romantic evening.

Taking in the fresh, crisp air from our spacious, snow-covered balcony and enjoying the view of the city, I didn’t want to leave, but, it was time to head back downstairs and be driven to one of Denver’s most popular sports bars, Stoney’s Bar & Grill, just a few blocks away, via the Warwick’s complimentary car service. It was NFL playoff time and my husband couldn’t miss his hometown Saints. I know, romantic, right?

Randolph's Restaurant and Bar Warwick DenverLots of celebrating later, our dinner reservation was suddenly upon us. We took a cab back; only $5 door-to-door. Our table was set and every course more delicious than the one before. And we still had chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us in our room!

Warwick Denver’s Valentine’s three-course prix fixe dinner menu is included in the Toast to Love Package, or available separately February 10-13 for $39/person if staying the night isn’t in the stars.

Warwick Denver room service breakfastAfter a blissful night’s sleep on our plush King size bed, we had breakfast delivered to our room and enjoyed our last moments of undisturbed free Wi-Fi and a non-Nickelodeon Sunday on two flat screen televisions until the hotel’s noon checkout time. That’s right. NOON! Pay the sitter overtime. It’s worth it.

Call the Warwick Denver at +1 303 861 2000 to book your Valentine's Getaway Package and tell the reservation agent you read about it on TravelingMom.com to get 10% OFF!
