I am a memeber of every hotel and airline club. I always look to see where my stay and travel is going toi earn more towards future trips.

We save money on travel by staying with friends. However we have a house at a prime location in Hawaii so doing house swaps would be great!

I only use Orbitz, or Expedia for travel.

We usually stay with family or friends when we travel. It help to know people in many different places. The problem is my husband is bored with the same old vaca spots (I never get tired of seeing the same old faces/places). As new parents, we are also looking forward to traveling with our son. Road trips are another great way to see new places without breaking the bank.

i save money by spending countless hours searching the internet for the best deals. it takes a little time before but it makes our vacations that much better when we go.

Home exchanges provide a fabulous opportunity for extended travel. I love having a home to explore from and the owners are usually generous with their recommendations for what to see + do, who to know, and how to experience their slice of paradise like a local. Have passport packed and ready.

My husband believes that the best way to save money on travel is just to stay home....!
I don't think so!!!!

I enjoy the cash system. Allot in cash how much money you will spend total or on individual categories. when the money is gone it's gone. No pulling out the credit card!
It's hard but really helps!

I have yet to try home exchange but it sounds great, thus far I have used VRBO (vacation rental by owner) to get some of my best travel deals on condo's.
