As a family we have traveled all over the world. Traveling like this often requires a certain amount of homeschooling along the way. Recently, I asked the kids to write about the most beautiful place in the world. I don't think Chicago is really known for it's beauty. It's mostly known for it's wind. I've only been to Chicago briefly, and I hardly even got a chance to really look at it. Even still I think Chicago is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I know that this picture was only taken once, and the city doesn't look like that all the time. But I just really love the lights of the city and the reflection on the water. Plus, beauty isn't just about looks, it's about what's in it, too. And Chicago has so many things to see and do. Good looks plus fun activities equals beauty.
