The good news for the industry is that travel and tourism is up. The bad news for those of us still hoping for a family holiday this winter, that means prices are up too.A Chicago Tribune story today says that airlines are raising ticket prices just in time for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Have you bought your family holiday tickets?
I used to wish we could travel over the holidays, but with both famiies a few miles away from us, there was never a reason. Now I'm glad we don't have to. Those plane tickets might be only thing any of us would have gotten for Christmas.
