Flying Jetblue to Atlantis

Traveling Mom
JetBlue customer service still a top priority en route to Atlantis and so helpful on family vacations!

jetblueInspired. Pretty much sums up how I felt on this press trip created by JetBlue, Atlantis and Lego. The crew dubbed our chartered Jet Blue plane Denim Blue and it safely took me, my 11-year-old daughter and a plane full of travel journalists and bloggers to Atlantis for a 4 day weekend to explore and review their new Atlantis Kids Adventure Club.

I have flown JetBlue several times before and can confirm that their attention to customer service is still a top priority. Years ago, I remember flying JetBlue when my kids were small and I practically tackled the guy at the service desk when he went to grab my bag. Turned out he was trying to help me carry it to the security line.  On this trip I learned that JetBlue has a policy of responding to every single complaint letter. It may take them a while, but they do it.

Doesn't hurt that JetBLue offers great fares and direct flights from NYC to Atlantis.

There was a nice mix of perspectives and experience on this press trip. The writers on this trip have brought kids of all ages and interests so every reader can find a review that is relevant to them. Laughing and sharing knowledge while experiencing all that Atlantis has to offer has been our agenda. Here is a link to a few of their articles:
