Lauren is passionate about family travel and determined to show parents how to get out of town with their little ones. After living and traveling all over the world, Lauren finally settled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains where she is mom to 3 Tinys (ages 5,3,and 1). She currently runs SuperMom Central, a parenting blog, where she hopes to pass along to others the love she has for motherhood.
